What is Lifewheel?
Lifewheel is a precision health protocol app for tracking compounds, dosing schedules, and personal metrics. It helps you organize your health protocols, maintain adherence, and see what's working through data-driven insights.
Is Lifewheel a medical app?
No. Lifewheel is an informational and organizational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or modifying any health protocol.
How do I create an account?
Download Lifewheel from the App Store and sign in with your Apple ID or Google account. No separate password is required.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Lifewheel Pro > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the app. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email privacy@lifewheel.ai to request deletion.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We use row-level security policies and never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your protocol data, dose logs, and metrics as CSV files from within the app at any time.
